Wind Chill Dips to 30 Below in Chicago as Cold Snap Grips Midwest

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST Tuesday...

"Another night of subzero temperature is in store for northeast
Illinois tonight... which combined with winds of 10 to 15 mph will
again produce wind chill readings of around 20 below zero through
early Tuesday morning.

If you must venture outdoors... dress in layers and cover all
skin. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves. Limit outdoor activity
to minimize exposure... as frostbite can occur in 30 minutes or
less. Check on elderly family members and neighbors. If you need
assistance in the city of Chicago... call 3 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves."

WAIT, WHAT AM I DOING HERE?
